Toland Road Landfill Phase 4B Liner Expansion
Description of Project:Phase 4B Liner Expansion consists of approx. 8-acres of new cell area. Earthwork included 350K CYDS of mass excavation, engineered fill placement, low-permeability soil processing and install along cell floor and soil operations layer processing/placement. Primary geosynthetic materials included install of Geosynthetic Clay Liner (GCL) on slopes, HDPE Liner, Geotextile and Geocomposite. Additional scopes included HDPE LCRS piping, stormwater piping, concrete features and asphalt roadway pavement.
